What this site does

• Search, filters and the light and dark mode switch run in your browser.
• Fonts are hosted on this site. Your browser does not contact a font provider.
• Your choice of light or dark mode is stored in your browser (local storage, key "theme"). It is not sent to us. [Ask your lawyer whether this needs consent.]
• Template pages load a script from Lemon Squeezy for the payment window, so your browser connects to their servers when such a page opens. [Verify with a lawyer: what the script stores or sends, and whether it may load before consent.]
• We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies of our own at the moment. [Update this if it changes.]

Hosting

This site is delivered by Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, technical data such as your IP address and the time of the request is processed in server logs. [Complete: purpose, legal basis, retention period, data processing agreement, transfer to countries outside the EU.]

Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process your message and your address to answer you. [Complete: legal basis, retention period.]

Purchases

Purchases are handled through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. [Verify with the provider's documentation: who is the seller, which dataLemon Squeezy processes, which data we receive, and link to their privacy policy.]

Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. [Name the responsible authority, for Bavaria probably the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht. Verify.]
